2. After completing your purchase, an email will be sent to you with your printable gift certificate.

Please note that by purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the following terms of use.

• Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds or exchanges are not possible once a file has been purchased.

• This product is not redeemable for cash.

• Buyers contact details are registered at the time of purchase.  

• Gift Certificates are checked against the product's purchase history for validity, prior to certificate redemption being accepted.

• As highlighted above, the buyer is to add a NOTE on the Checkout page, to name the gift recipient.  If the recipients name is unknown at the time of purchase, the buyer is required to contact us after gifting the certificate so we can update our registry.

• Under no circumstances is this products to be replicated, unlawfully shared or copied with intent to defraud our business.  

• Gift certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission will not be reissued with a replacement.

• This product is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. 

• Service delivery is limited to Australian residents only.

• Professionally Organised offers in-home organising services in the Brisbane area and surrounds.  We charge no travel fees within a 20 kilometre radius of Mount Gravatt. Travel fees apply to those who live outside this zone. This fee is payable by the buyer or recipient.

• By purchasing this product, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of use.

HOW TO REDEEM THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE

• To redeem this gift certificate, please contact us on mobile 0407 221 012, email ProfOrganised@gmail.com, or via the Contact Us button on our website www.ProfessionallyOrganised.com.au

• Let us know type of gift certificate you have received, and the gift givers name.  If you don't know the gift givers name, please understand that we will not be able to redeem your certificate until a name can be verified.

• This gift certificate is for a 3-hour in-home organising and decluttering session. 

• A booking confirmation reminder will be sent prior to the session date.  

• Booked sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum 7-days notice.  Reschedules made with less than 7-days notice are subject to availability.  Cancelled bookings will not be rescheduled.
